These terms cover the game Velvet Ante by LastCopper OÜ.
Age
You must be 18 or older. The game asks for your age at first start and does not store your birth date.
Virtual items
Coins, chips, gold and cosmetics in Velvet Ante are licensed to you for use inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, sold or transferred, and may be changed or removed when the game changes. The game sells virtual currency and cosmetics for real money through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases are final except where the store grants a refund. Purchases are processed by the store you bought the game from (Apple, Google, Microsoft or Steam) under its own terms.
Fair play
Do not cheat, automate play, exploit bugs for gain, or harass other players. We may suspend or delete accounts that do.
Availability
Velvet Ante is in development. Features, balance and content change between versions. Test builds may be withdrawn.
Law
Estonian law applies; consumer protections of your country of residence are unaffected.
